Our Process
Initial Consultation & Estimate: We start with a friendly consultation to discuss your vision, needs, and budget. This can be in-person or over a call. We’ll assess the project scope and answer any questions you have. Shortly after, we provide a detailed, transparent estimate outlining the expected costs and timeline, so you can make an informed decision with no surprises.
Design & Planning: Once you decide to move forward, we dive into planning. This stage includes taking measurements, finalizing the design and layout, and helping you select materials and finishes that fit your style and budget. We’ll also take care of any necessary permits or approvals. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear project plan and schedule.
Preparation & Scheduling: Before construction begins, we prepare the worksite and finalize the schedule. We communicate the start date and sequence of work so you know exactly when each phase will happen. Our team makes sure your property is protected (floor coverings, dust barriers, etc.), and we coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors with professionalism and respect for your home.
Construction & Execution: This is where the vision comes to life. Our skilled crew gets to work following the detailed plan. Throughout the renovation, we maintain a clean and safe job site, and our project manager will keep you updated on progress regularly. We welcome your questions at any time. Quality craftsmanship is our priority at every step, and we conduct inspections as we go to ensure everything meets our high standards.
Finishing Touches: After the major work is done, we take care of all the finishing details – from paint touch-ups to hardware installation. We believe the little details make a big difference in the final outcome. Once the work area is spotless and ready, we do a thorough walkthrough with you. This is your chance to see the results and ensure every aspect meets (or exceeds) your expectations.
Post-Project Support: Our commitment to you doesn’t end on the last day of construction. We stand by our work with post-project support, meaning we’re available to address any questions or concerns that come up after completion. We want you to be completely happy with your renovated space, both now and in the long run, so we’re only a phone call away if you need anything.
